4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, materials, sizing information, prices, features, and availability accurately.

However:

- Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions.
- Measurements may have minor variations due to the manufacturing process.
- Product availability may change without notice.
- Packaging or minor non-material product details may occasionally be updated.
- Product images may be presented for illustrative purposes, and minor visual differences may occur between images and the physical product.

If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

5. Size Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size Guide and selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.

Sizing may vary between products, and a size worn in another brand may not correspond exactly to NUDEPIE® measurements.

Because underwear is an intimate product, items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, or returned without applicable hygiene protection may not qualify for return or exchange solely because an incorrect size was selected, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any return, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Hygiene and Intimate Products

NUDEPIE® products may include underwear and other intimate garments.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products may be subject to additional return restrictions after their packaging, hygiene protection, or sanitary seal has been removed, or after the product has been worn, washed, or used.

Where applicable, customers should inspect sizing, color, and product condition before removing hygiene protection or using the garment.

These restrictions do not apply where applicable law provides a mandatory right to return the product or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily guarantee final acceptance.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including:

- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- An invalid or undeliverable shipping address

Promotional offers may:

- Be subject to inventory availability.
- Be unavailable for combination with other discounts or promotional codes.

For a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion, the complimentary product forms part of the promotional transaction and has no separate cash value.

If products from a bundle or promotional purchase are returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the products retained by the customer and the original promotion terms.

A complimentary item may need to be returned in its original eligible condition when the qualifying purchase is returned.

We may modify or end promotions at any time, but changes will not retroactively affect an order already accepted under that promotion.

10. Shipping and Delivery

NUDEPIE® ships to destinations available during checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates and may be affected by:

- Customs procedures
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Incorrect address information
- High-demand periods
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe communicated at purchase, we will notify the customer and provide the options required under applicable law.

Return requests for eligible products must generally be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Because NUDEPIE® sells intimate apparel, additional hygiene requirements may apply.

- Unwashed
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Returned with any applicable hygiene protection intact

Products that have been worn, washed, used, stained, altered, or returned without applicable hygiene protection may not qualify for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Products purchased through bundles or promotions, including Buy 2, Get 1 Free, may be subject to promotional refund recalculation as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

NUDEPIE® products are designed to provide comfort and may incorporate features such as breathable construction, ventilation panels, moisture-management fabrics, stretch materials, and other functional textile characteristics depending on the specific product.

Individual experiences may vary depending on factors including:

- Body type
- Activity level
- Climate
- Perspiration
- Garment fit
- Clothing worn over the product
- Washing and care

Unless expressly stated and supported on the applicable product page, NUDEPIE® products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Descriptions such as breathable, moisture-wicking, quick-drying, cooling, antimicrobial, or similar functional claims apply only when specifically stated for the relevant product.

Customers should follow all care and washing instructions provided with the product.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy-choice pages or tools available on our website.
